Mothercraft College of Early Childhood Education offers the Enhanced Language Training (ELT) for Early Development program with funding from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This program is designed to help participants improve English and employment readiness skills specific to the field of early learning and care. The program is ideal for individuals who are considering to work in the community with young children or to further their studies and knowledge about young children. Upon completion of the program, participants will also become more familiar with Canadian culture when working with diverse groups of young children and families.

No previous experience with children is necessary.
