Participants who have successfully completed the one year program will receive both a diploma in Early Childhood Education and certificates in Infant Toddler Specialization and How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years. Instruction emphasizes the importance of a secure infant-to-adult attachment, the value of relationships in everything we do, and the understanding that every child has unique strengths and challenges.

Our twelve month fully accredited program includes:

• Four academic semesters;
• Three block community placements, gaining valuable Canadian workplace experience, establishing relationships with future employers;
• Small classes with individualized instruction;
• An enriched curriculum with interactive arts and cultural experiences reflecting global diversity and Canadian Indigenous history;
• Faculty who are experts in their fields; and
• Infant/Toddler Specialization and How Does Learning Happen? Certificates.
