Making a Referral

Referrals can be made by Families, Physicians, Early Childhood Professionals and Professionals from a Community Agency when there is a concern about a child's development (language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional). Referrals may also be made for children with identified special needs who require services or supports within the home and the community.
